Its ridiculous one game is normal one game is so laggy and cant play

I even have this problem just playing on a career mode now.

On an i9 4090 rtx have most settings to lowest graphics and it still stutters like hell. can't actually defend in the game as it stutters so much.

i fixed it bro just updated my gpu and its done... if you guys have same problem u can do maybe it can be fix

Try setting in game, set to windows borderless, all medium, then restart game.
