can't control players sometimes they run in opposite direction

like the title says had this problem since ea fc 24 hopes it would be fixed in 25 it is not this only happens in online gameplay ( rivals ) tried everything i could possible try to fix this
- switching resolutions
-turning vsync on /off
- reinstalling windows
- tried 4 different controllers
- disabled steam input and ea overlay
- tried borderless windowed
- tried unpluging keyboard and mouse once game starts
none of the above worked for me if u encountered this problem or have a solution please i could use the help this bug making the game unplayable its why i stopped playing ea fc 24 hoped it would be gone in 25 and i can't refund

its just the new game , i wanted to refund after 2 games but i have ulti , they made it overcomplicated , pressing and defense is harder and change whit your strategy , i tried every settings and strategy any defense style , feel like you don't have the control anymore and is frustating , i improved a bit but in the end if you miss a single takle its gg , nothing to do whit settings , make sure your input is only whit controller and not glitched whit keyboard and mouse , i had that problem too and turned off steam input.

nah bro this problem is since ea fc 24 i even seen some people having the same problem since fifa 23 on ea forums ( no one from support addressed it ) i'm not talking about complicated new game mechanics i'm talking legit your player start running in 1 direction for 10 second and you can't control him or switch player while opponet run throught your defence and scores honestly this is shocking this is the first time in my life i see a bug thats gamebreaking in a online game and one that has not been adressed or fixed by devs

only thing close to a solution is capping fps to 30
