Game runs always 144 fps like i lock and still have performance issues. NOT SERVER RELATED

This is the wierdest fkn thing i ever saw in any game like i can have great butter smooth gameplay and the next day i feel like i have 20 fps. And no this is no server issues this is another issue but the performance like PC wise is changing everyday somehow and i feeling fkn hopeless tryn to fix it within 3 weeks i tried everything i made my pc run like bullet and still this game can t. i rly dunno wtf is happening that 1 day i can play normally then turnj off game and can t back to this gameplay ever again
