How bad is the game really?

I havent played a football game for ages, so really have nothing to compare to. The reviews are butchering the game. But is it borderline unplayable or still a good game?

this game is unplayable, there are fps drops and freezes in every match and it is like that after the last patch

If you are easy to fool, then you might like it. Last time the game was good was like '17.

just as good as any EA game these days :):

laggy, buggy, rushed and broken gameplay mechanics, some classic bugs and glitches from previous years (when they copy and paste a game they actually even copy and paste the glitches as well XD) and ofcourse a pay to win mode forced down your throat because single player hasn't evolved ever since FIFA 16 (in fact it has gotten worse!!)

if you want a soccer game just buy some old FIFA game for a few bucks, same game and a LOT cheaper and no lootbox team ad every few seconds you play :) and who cares about todays crap players when you can get the GOATS Messi and Ronaldo in their prime in your career teams :D
