Online information missing
Every time i have to force end the game in order to play the next club match.
EVERY SINGLE TIME. The error that pops up says 'THERE WAS A PROBLEM GETTING YOUR ONLINE INFORMATION. PLEASE TRY AGAIN'

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?!

sadly i didn't solve this and i found out it's a pretty common problem.
I guess EA wont do anything

i wish i could give you a good answer but if you look through the forums i am not the only person facing this issue. EA just doesn't care

I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled it twice it hasn’t helped. I even factory reset my entire laptop and redownloaded everything and I still got that message
