game won't launch as it says something about arguments on launch

guys i bought this game for my kid as gift and he is having this issue, i cannot get any info on how to solve it

intentando entrar con los parametros opcionales que se muestran a continuacion

trying to log ing with optional parameters that are shown
FC25.exe

if i press continue it loops, if cancel game won't launch

any help thanks in advance!
