Astra Demo crashes my pc...do I need to disable my Emsisoft Virus scanner software?

The demo crashes and I am forced to restart my pc. Do I need to disable my virus checker?

Thanks for trying the game! As it's an alpha preview build, crashes can occur. If you think your antivirus is interfering, we can't directly advise disabling it, as that's a security decision you must make. We never had problem reported with any antivirus before. If disabling it resolves the crashes, then the problem is with how this antivirus interacts with the game
