Stuck at 98% completion.

I have done everything you can think of. yet I can't earn 100%. if anyone has any suggestions please share as I am going crazy.

I've no clue what you have to do m8 as I've never had intentions to 100% story mode but a lot of people have posted in the past suggesting theirs a sneaky gang hideout in Mexico you need to clear and that was the last thing they needed if you go back a few days or weeks you might find it m8.

Recently got all achievements, and it sounds like you might need to get the required outfits (U.S. Army Outfit, U.S. Marshal Outfit, Elegant Suit, Rancher Outfit, Mexican Poncho Outfit, Bollard Twins Outfit, Treasure Hunter Outfit, Bandito Outfit, Reyes' Rebels Outfit)

and you're missing one last bounty in New Austin. There are 9 required bounties and you stated you only have 8. There are 9 for New Austin, 7 for Paraiso, and 4 for West Elizabeth.

Hmm, then it might be the last bounty in New Austin or the Singleplayer challenges. I think only the 4 ambient challenges are required. For bounties, I found it easiest to sleep until morning, wait at where the bounties are posted for the lawman to post the poster. Typically posted around 8AM but if it isn't posted when you wake up, waiting about 5 minutes or so will make it spawn. Hopefully your file isn't bugged!
