Bug in Blackwater Tailor’s for U. S. Military Scrap?

Has anyone had a problem trying to buy the U. S. Military Scrap from the Blackwater Tailor’s Shop as Jack? I’ve completed the game and got the outfit, so didn’t actually know what the scrap was for. It always says “unavailable” whenever I tried to purchase it. Probably just a bug? Just curious. Thanks.

If you have the outfit, then you must have purchased the scrap.

That’s what I thought, too, but the scrap is still showing in the tailor’s shop. Thought there might be some bug since I got the U. S. “Army” uniform and the tailor’s shop calls it the U. S. “Military” uniform. T difference may be the reason for the bug.

I don't think it's a bug. I just checked the tailor in Thieves Landing, and all the scraps there still show up, but are also marked unavailable. I think it just means you've bought them. There are other items like that too. Like the improved campsite, etc. They still appear in the shop menu but you can only buy them once, and then they get marked as not available.

I had to download the game (RDR1) and play on Rockstar because they couldn’t find my old Steam e-mail from when I bought RDR2 and L. A. Noire. The only way I can play all of these games is on Rockstar.
