this game is... actually better at 30 fps

i always thought i was just imagining, but rdr1 on pc confirmed this feeling i always had about combat and animation in rockstars games

30fps is what gave the game on console its visceral sense of weight and impact in combat when you'd see the euphoria reactions to being shot, when you're experiencing it in 60.. its just floaty and boring. surely i cant be the only one whos noticed this
