Unplayable studdering during cutscenes and towns

Ive just started playing RDR1 and it runs great until I get in a town or a cutscene where I start getting maybe 10-15fps. I've played with the graphic settings a lot from low to ultra and every combo in between.
Even tried 1080 when I normally play 1440

I installed afterburner so I can see all my usages and framerates. During the cutscenes and certain parts of towns my GPU usage drops from 90ish% to 20-30% and CPU goes from 20% to upwards of 60%. Does anybody have any times to help with this? I don't need to run at no 144fps constantly I just want smooth gameplay. I average around 80-100fps.

PC Specs

CPU: Intel i5-12600k

GPU: Intel Arc A750 8gb

RAM: 32gb 3200MHz

Crap this was happening last year in November when I bought this. Damn I might be refunding again ;( I guess we'll see, still downloading atm.

Edit: They patched something since last year obviously because it's playing fine for me now thankfully and it looks fantastic. Love this game!

It worked great for me until about an hour in then the issues started and just continue to get worse. When it works I agree it looks great!

try iGPU, its an intel arc problem

That sucks to hear. Thankfully, I'm about 5 hours in now and still no issues at all and it's playing flawlessly. I imagine it depends on what card you're running and the drivers etc. I'm on a 3080 ti using the latest 672.16 drivers.
