No Lantern, Torch, or Any Light Source?

I'm playing RDR2 and now RDR1, and the most inconvenient thing is that there's no lantern. It's way too dark to play at night. I checked the general store first, but they don’t sell anything like that. I also searched online but couldn't find any info.
Does RDR1 really not have lanterns, torches, or any kind of light source?

Turn your brightness to max. The game settings brightness not your monitor brightness i mean.
