They are a big company and don't give a ♥♥♥♥. Also, they make most of their money from console players and microtransactions. Most of the mods are dumb, i don't see any point to replace John Marston with Batman and his horse with batmobile. Very small % of mods are actually worth trying, but i never use them, unless there is something broken in the game that devs never fix, but a simple mod or unofficial patch can do it.
