Where can I find the skunks?

Need to complete the challenge of killing 5 of these things. Any ideas where do they spawn?

I was able to find them fairly easily up past Blackwater. Up there, there is also beaver spawns which sell for around 80-90 dollars in Mexico and are needed for other challenges as well, specifically a stranger mission where you need five beaver skins.
