Fast travel to locations?

Is it possible to fast travel to a location? I don't see it on map. For example, if I choose to go to Bonnie place, and instead of losing time riding the horse, I just fast travel to it.

Open the map and set a waypoint to where you want to go. Then camp. You'll see an option for traveling when in camp. Choose to travel to the waypoint you set.

What do you mean by camp? After i set the waypoint, I stay on the screen and wait for some seconds for this option to appear?

You have a camp kit in your inventory. Use it after you set a waypoint on the map and then exit the map. That sets up a camp. You can then save, change outfits, and fast travel.
