screen flashing
My game screen just keeps flashing, there are places I look that stop flashing, but when I walk it comes back

You might try upgrading your GPU to the RTX 270, as recommended by Steam.

My minimap flashes like someone else said. It's not game breaking but hope they fix that.

If you’re like me then you got an OLED monitor. I get flickering on older games and some new games during gameplay. I think it has something to do with the game running in a slower refresh rate than my monitor does.

What works for me is going to Nvidia control panel. Click on manage 3D settings then program settings. Select RDR1 from the drop down menu. Find the monitor technology setting and change it to fixed refresh rate. Also make sure preferred refresh rate is set to application controlled. It worked for me anyways.
