To be fair, isn't this a 15 year old game designed for the x360 and PS3? You know, consoles so weak that a GPU with half that much vram like the good old 8800GT would easily run circles around them?
Obviously you'd never be able to run it at 4k or anything with a card like that, but the system requirements for this game should be WAY lower. Even GTA5 has substantially lower requirements and looks way better.
You need an entire new computer.
how do you know it can work with dx11 GPUs? you can't even get it to run because VRAM limitation. The minimum specs are NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 / AMD Radeon R7 360, both 2GB VRAM, both DirectX 12 GPUs.
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10 64-Bit
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4670 / AMD FX-9590
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 / AMD Radeon R7 360
DirectX: Version 12
Storage: 12 GB available space
Sound Card: Direct X Compatible
This game is a pretty basic port, but of an xbox 360 game so it can run pretty well even on 10-12 year old PCs. Like I said, just played the game on a damn GTX770 from 2013.
I know it's a god of war ragnork mod, but for some reason it works with rdr, althought be aware there are very graphical glitches like flickering or objects not rendering
