No Borderless Window option?
It's not too much of an issue but i get some weird artifacts on my second monitor when playing in Fullscreen. Is there any solution to this or do we just gotta wait on a patch?

The simple solution is to only have it show on 1 monitor.

Remember, this was released back in 2010 for consoles. None of which had multi-monitor support. So it'd have to be something built specially for PC at some point down the road, perhaps some crafty modders will get it to work, at least better than what you experience now.
