I installed both the DirectX and VCRed folders
If i knew exactly whether it was hardware or software related issue i would have solved but i am stuck.

Also if you bothered to read my thread, you'd see that im running upto date Windows 11 24H2. Newest nvidia drivers. Verified the game files. Don't have any overlays ( Not even steam )
