stuttering

game cutscenes run smooth at 60, but gameplay looks similar to a powerpoint. tried changing every setting.

try vsync, i was having same issue, and disabled that. Then turn on fps limit if you want.

tried vsync on/off and even low latency, either of which solved it :(

for me turning off vsync not only stopped fps drops from 100s down to 80s while moving my mouse, but it also removed the minimal stutter that came with it. turn it off and force it via nvidia or amd control panel

Looking for fix as well. Nothing I tried has worked. If I move around without moving the mouse it's perfectly fluid, as soon as I move the mouse it becomes jittery, ugh!

Increase refresh rate or framerate cap!

I had Vsync already disabled, as usual. But, disabling freesync (or gsnyc on nvidia) was what helped in my case. Leaving it here in case someone's still looking for solutions.
