Hey, like someone else already said, do you have RivaTuner or some FPS counter running in the background? If so, you'll need to close it. It worked for me.
i9 14900KF, RTX 4080 Super.
Grandstand somewhere else, pleb.
Check your \Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption\CrashLogs\reports folder. For me it seems to be an issue with with D3DCOMPILER_47.
Specs: 7800X3D, 4090, 32Gb ram at stock 4800MT as people claim it's a stability issue (it's not)
Running the newest Nvidia Driver: 566.03.
Edit: I've uninstalled MSI Afterburner and it didn't help.
Hopefully someone already posted this, but if not - Close Afterburner, start game. See if that helps.
It's something to do with "Access Violation" as i recall. I closed mine and it worked flawlessly. Hope that helps.
Got it, thanks. it was ASUS GPU Tweak 3 causing the issue.
Just close it and also close msi afterburner then game runs fine.
and to all guys claiming oh you have 13/14 gen cpu it must be the problem - ♥♥♥♥ you
This mod fixed my issue - I can play it now!
