I want to be excited to play this.
But what the hell is that price? Can I afford it? Sure. Do I think $50 is justified for a "remaster"? Hell no. So here I am, having loved Red Dead Redemption 2 and wanting to play Red Dead Redemption 1 but am just gonna have to wait for a steep sale because I don't want Rockstar making a quick buck off of me.

You know an old game that got re released that I bought in a heart beat for AAA pricing? Dead Space REMAKE! Now that game felt worth my money. A solid from the ground up remake of the game that was very tastefully done and enjoyable, especially on new hardware. Does this have any of that? Nope, so I don't see why the price is jacked up so much besides greed.

This isn't a class thing, don't let them sucker you out of your money for low effort. Ignore trolls too.

If Rockstar had done a remake of Rdr in the Rdr2 engine, sure fine i would have understood and accepted the price tag. But now, nope. But i bought it anyways. There is nothing else inttesting this month in games so

Hey it could be worse, they could have charged 70 bucks and tacked on an additional 20 for the dlc. 50 dollars isn't too bad when you see companies push out trash for twice as much, plus more for season passes or w/e.

Nothing interesting? What about BO6 and the new Dragon Age? Is this not a peak month for gaming or what!!!!! What a time to be alive for gamers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(heretical sarcasm)

Yeah but, Dead Space was boring both times.
See that? See how opinions work?

One is a complete visual and narrative remake that has tons of effort and thought put in in order to be faithful to the original.

The other is a port that is almost identical to its 14 year old original release.

One is $60, the other is $50. Opinions aside, that's ridiculous price inflation for the product that's delivered. I don't care if you like or dislike Dead Space, the comparison is still relevant.

If you have patience just wait for a sale and get it cheaper or on one of those sites like Fanatical, Greenman Gaming, or Humble Bundle if they offer the game.
