I mean... RDR2 Ultimate Edition is cheaper than RDR1 release on PC(It's not even a remaster). Heh... wat.

Didn't anyone at 2K stop to think that having a sale price of RDR2 Ultimate which is almost 20 bucks cheaper than RDR on launch was a bit of a bad move? RDR is a great game and the Undead Nightmare DLC is one of the best DLCs ever made(I played it on PS3 back in the day) but RDR2 is the larger, better and more recent game...

I don't think it'll impact too much as most people who are interested in RDR2 would've picked it up already. The newly curated 'ultimate (lol) edition' is also a bit of a rip-off as it contains worthless padded content that people don't really need or want and they are charging (at discount) around £15 more than what the standard edition was a couple of months back when that was reduced. So all in all, the current package is actually a poor deal and I can't see too many newcomers suddenly jumping on that.

Rockstar will forever have people by the balls so they will be comfortable charging full whack for the original again irrespective of anything else.
