Open Task Manager:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc or right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager.
Find the processes:
Locate MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS) in the list of running processes.
End the tasks
Right-click on each process and choose End Task.
2. Update GPU Drivers
Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date:
For NVIDIA GPUs, use GeForce Experience or visit the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ NVIDIA website.
For AMD GPUs, use AMD Adrenalin or visit the AMD website.
For Intel GPUs, check the Intel Driver & Support Assistant.
3. Ensure the game runs on a dedicated GPU, not onboard graphics
NVIDIA Control Panel:
Open the NVIDIA Control Panel.
Go to Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings.
Find your game and set it to use the High-Performance NVIDIA Processor.
Windows Settings:
Open Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings.
Add your game and select the High-Performance GPU.
4. Verify game files for errors
If you're using Steam:
Right-click the game in your library.
Go to Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files.
For other platforms, follow their specific verification tools.
5. Test the game with -dx11 as a launch option
Add -dx11 to the game’s launch options:
Steam:
Right-click the game in your library.
Select Properties.
Under Launch Options, enter -dx11.
For other platforms, refer to their specific launch option settings.
6. Reinstall Visual C++ and .NET Framework
Restart the installation of Visual C++ and .NET Framework:
Open the Redistributables folder (usually in the game installation directory).
Reinstall:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable package.
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0.
Check the subfolders DirectX and VcRed for the necessary installers.
Open Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings.
Add your game and select the High-Performance GPU. never worked for me.

Thats's might help, never tried but i have never thought about it.
