Please help - Severely low FPS even on Main Menu

Everything is in slow-motion. Even the main menu when the game launches, it's all incredibly slow, like 5 FPS. Even when I put my mouse on a setting, it takes like 5 seconds for it to just be highlighted. Putting Low quality graphics preset yields EXACTLY THE SAME FPS as Ultra quality graphics preset! What gives? I'm seriously stumped. V-Sync and triple buffering are off. I have the latest drivers for my graphics card. Temperatures are low when the game is running.

My computer is powerful, running modern games on ultra settings without issues. Something is going on with some cryptic setting that possibly interferes with the game. Please help!

- AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.80 GHz
- NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti 8 GB
- 64 GB DDR4 RAM, 3200 MHz
- 2 TB M.2 SSD

Those specs should have your game running well over 100fps. Try the vulkan mod for RDR. You can find it on Nexus Mods. It was designed to help people struggling with running the game with DX. I hope this helps
