Cloud Saves Losing Partial Progress

Having the issue described in the title. Slight spoilers for the first few hours of the game, I suppose?

On the Steam Deck I played up until after the mission where you get the Machine Gun from Irish, and did the Stranger Mission in the mines straight after. I'd saved and logged off for the day.

Came back today on PC and I've gone back 2-3 missions, but further than where I last left off on PC. One Stranger mission needs to be redone, but the one where I found the man in the mines is marked as done in my journal. It's like I'm going 2 steps forward but 1 step back when I swap between the deck and PC.

Anyone else getting this, or more importantly, anyone know how to fix it?

Nope... playing since release between SteamDeck (non-OLED) and pc almost daily without any save game issues. You're positive you let the Deck sync before turning off/starting the game?
