Stranger in the cemetery?
I have a stranger icon at the cemetery in Blackwater, but it's grayed out and upon closer inspection the icon says the stranger is on a lower level. I look around the whole cemetery and inside the church looking for a basement, but can't find anything. I remember from way back when, a lady crying at a grave, it's been so long I don't remember details, but I know the stranger is not on any basement, yet the icon seems to point out to a basement. or underground area. Bug ?

There's no basement in the church. It's a Stranger mission that only starts in the evening, inside the church at the altar.

iirc you can visit a grave there. its been a while i could be wrong but im fairly certain thats what it is.
