Report a translation problem
I'm not using any mods, but I'd imagine even if you were to uninstall the game and re-download it the mod files would still be left in the game folder. You'd have to delete the entire game folder after uninstalling the game. It's that or know all mod files and manually delete each mod file from the folder. Like Cheesy said, you do get the option to skip a mission if you fail enough times. Steam would only uninstall official game files and leave a mostly empty folder behind. It's not going to remove foreign files you put in that folder. It won't even recognize they are there. They aren't tied to the uninstaller to be removed. You would need to remove them. That's all I can think of.
