FIX FOR LOW VOLUME AUDIO IN GAME AND CUTSCENES

Go to: Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption; Open options.xml. with notes. Replace your audio settings with this:

<audioOptions v="100.0">
<fSFXVolume value="1.000000"/>
<fMusicVolume value="1.000000"/>
<bHeadphones value="false"/>
The game is capped at 70 volume in general for some reason, probably applied when they ported the game to the switch and forgot about it.
