However…If you play without the warhorse you will constantly get knocked off your horse by random swarming wild animals, who will kill your horse and then will kill you as well. You will die much more often when you get a satchel full of loot (the game spawns more aggressive deadly animals when your satchel is full and/or when you are about to complete a challenge).
Warhorse is so OP that you can just sit there and watch wolves nip at him and nothing happens. It’s stupid.
Try playing without the warhorse, it definitely won’t be too easy.
but the overall economy of the game is unbalanced like RDR2, its too easy to be rich, so if you want some realist economy approach hardcore is better i think
I found the game challenging but fun and not frustrating difficult.
