Easy as hell, finished that challenge in 2 minutes and I'm not even joking. I'm also a terrible poker player.
And the achievement to win 2000 chips in one round? At the High Stakes Poker game that's also easy, considering that once you raise, everyone else keeps raising, easily past 2000.
Now quit telling people to "stop lying and ignoring your post". You put this in the discussions and people are telling you it's 100% possible to do.
There's not some outer space fedora-wearing alien that has hacked into your SINGLEPLAYER game and only affected POKER players.
And if you either load a save enough times, or simply come back at the right time, there will only be one Poker player at the table (use the Elegant Suit to cheat if you want to improve your chances of having a better hand). Especially if you think the AI is cheating, so why shouldn't you? Just be careful not to get caught, or else you lose the money you bet, and have to duel the guy.
The achievement might not be impossible, but the game does cheat and does give you horrible hands in cards 99 percent of the time.
Some people believe the earth is flat, doesn't mean it is.
PS: I also unlocked the achievement, legitimately, so yeah....
Edit: EVERY pc controlled "player" is cheating, but the way you and OP are putting it is nonsense of the supreme kind!
The achievement may not be impossible to get, but the game does make it difficult by cheating the hands that are dealt and if you don't think the game cheats then you are on some major copium.
I rest my case and am done dealing with somebody like you. Especially with somebody that thinks Steam players (obviously except himself) are cheaters, just because they understand game mechanics that their own brain is not able to grasp...
Yeah, people like that are horrible to play with, esp. in multiplayer games on your own team. Always blaming others and thus never improving their own abilities...
