Does the undead nightmare missing head glitch still exist?

Y'all know the one. The infamous missing head glitch for undead nightmare where sometimes the zombies heads mesh and hitbox will just disappear making them only killable by burning.

I had an original disc copy but that got broken so when I got the goty for xbox one, only then did I encounter this and mine got so bad it once occurred in the main game too.

before I even begin to consider getting this game a third time I need to know if this still has that glitch because if so I'm not touching it with a 50ft pole.

Played through the whole Undead Nightmare story, didn't encounter such bug.
Thanks to mouse control and higher resolution, headshots were quite easy.

It doesn’t have it because that bug only happen on physical/standalone versions of Undead Nightmare.

I'm pretty sure I had that bug too, and I owned the GOTY edition.
