Fix for Rockstar Games Launcher not starting/failing to initialize (at least for me)

After two hours of trial and error, I finally found the solution to my problem. Hopefully, it can solve your problem as well. :)

My issues were that the launcher kept crashing, failed to initialize, and exited unexpectedly. I wasn't able to launch any games.

Long story short, I had to reinstall the launcher. BUT! When you try reinstalling it, the default path is "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games," which apparently causes major issues for this dumpster fire of a launcher. After I changed the install path to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games," it worked without any further problems.
