FSR3 NativeAA is the best option for absolute image quality and sharpness, even above DLAA.
Seems in this game, DLAA offers a softer and less detailed image at 4K than DLSS Quality and FSR3 NativeAA, whether static or in motion does not matter. DLSS is generally the superior method for upscaled AA now, whilst FSR3 NativeAA is the best choice in this game.

There is virtually no impact to framerate using any settings, so if your GPU is sort of OK, then let loose on whatever you feel I guess.

That’s what I’m using and it looks killer. No jaggies and the wood and rock textures look like a killer Skyrim 2k texture mod. even the gravel on the riding paths looks sharp hi rez.

I only saw one bad texture so far. It was the 2 big white milk jug looking things on the porch of Bonnie McFarlanes house. Other than that everything is super awesome so far!

Yup it's rather awesome and surprising at the same time.
it looks more aliased at 1080p while DLAA is aliasing free basically and you can up the sharpness by other methods
Did you add any sharpening on FSR 3 Native?
This game is 14 years old. Why do you need upscaling?

DLSS's DLAA and FSR3's NativeAA are not upscaling, they are anti-aliasing methods.

That 14 years old game was barely running 720p@30hz with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ anti-aliasing, PC version has better shadows and better anti-aliasing at higher resolution and framerate.
Yeah, DLAA in this game especially falls apart in motion at 4K. Not the first time I've noticed this as some other games oddly look better in DLSS Quality mode than native with DLAA.

No all default.
Fsr have inbuilt sharpness applied here.

Also fsr breaks up at motion on lower resolutions (1080p)

FSR3 NativeAA has nothing to do with FSR3 upscaling, just like how DLSS has nothing to do with DLAA even though DLAA is part of the DLSS suite.

FSR3 NativeAA does not break up, just like DLAA.

Saying they have "nothing to do" with each other is incorrect. They're still the same techniques but applied at native resolution so there's no upscaling involved. Same techniques nonetheless.
This is the case in quite a games especially pre dlss3. FSR is terrible at upscaling but is much sharper for native AA
