Looks washed out or and blurry?

I managed to get it cheaper on epic games and I've been testing it at 1440p and it runs amazing but it looks blurry? Yes I've disabled motion blur and upscaling but its still blurry.

Extremely low textures made for 1080p are going to look blurry on higher resolutions. Judging from the extremely small size of the game it is using 256 textures with some 512 textures thrown in. Modern games use 1k textures minimum with 2k and 4k textures as an option.

Hopefully some modders make some 1k texture packs for the game but that's going to take months even using AI upscaling tools

Looks razor sharp for me on steam. It almost looks like they did rocks at 2k like a Skyrim mod. Also super silky smooth at locked 60fps (my monitor doesn’t do 1440p @ 144hz)
