Turning hold to sprint isn't working???

I'm pretty sure they fd up this option. After disabling that, i can barely sprint anymore.

And let's be honest, playing this game 85% riding horses, I don't want to f up my pinky by holding shift for 60+ hours

I noticed that. I turned it on and off and it made no difference.

I had to take a break from the game to give my pinky a rest, almost lost the race with Bonnie.

Its not well explained in game but the hold to sprint option is to toggle whether you have to simply hold shift or *constantly tap/spam* shift like how the system works on controller (tapping A/X to sprint). Just leave that setting on, its the best option for M+K. Walk with W, Run by pulling your weapon out and W, or Sprint with holding Shift and W.

I got used to it. Just tap Shift like you're hitting the horse yourself with the spurs, and play like that, just tapping the shift whenever you want speed and letting the horse going slow when you want to control him.
Thats the best way and you dont hurt your pinky
