Broken animations

Animations seems kinda broken even if you lock the game to 30\60 fps, they look way smoother and as they should on ps5 with 60 fps
Any ideas?

I do think that animations are broken somehow. Tapping shift forces my horse to suddenly go turbo, faster than any GTA: Vice City motorcycles could every achieve,

on foot they look odd too

Drawing weapons is also extremely fast on foot.

If anyone have a solution it would help a lot
otherwise we should wait for rockstar to fix this issue
