No se ejecuta el juego

Mi sistema operativo es windows 7 servipack 1 y cumplo con todos los requisitos para que el juego funcione. Sin embargo, el juego no se ejecuta y no me aparece ningun tipo de error al ejecutarlo desde el archivo "Age of Mythology Extended Edition" que se creo en el escritorio (acceso directo) o desde steam.
Por el contrario, cuando ingreso a la carpeta contenedora del archivo:
"archivos de programa (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/Age of mythology" y ejecuto el archivo de nombre aomx.exe, me aparece el siguiente error:

" No se encuentra el punto de entrada del procedimiento ucrtbase.terminate en la biblioteca de vinculos dinamicos api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll. "

Probe reinstalando el juego pero sigo con el mismo error.

¿Sabrian de alguna solucion?

Segui estos pasos y funciono, mi problema era Visual C++ Redistributable 2015.

-I recommend* trying this:
Verifying the game.
Then right click the game and type in NoStartUp and hit OK.
Then close down/exit Steam.
Then go to your install directory of the game and rename "launcher.exe" to "launcher.old".
Then rename "aomx.exe" to "launcher.exe".
Now start steam and try to play the game.

-If you are now getting the error message of missing DLL then you need to do this:
Install all pending Windows Updates
Go to Start – Control Panel – Windows Update
Check for updates and install all pending updates, then restart the computer.
After the restart repeat the steps above again until no more updates are available.
Download the Visual C++ Redistributable 2015: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Run the vcredist_x64.exe (64-bit) or vcredist_x86.exe (32-bit) and select Uninstall if already installed
Run the .exe again and select Install and restart the computer

Gracias por tu respuesta, tambien vi esa solucion, luego de seguir los pasos, solo me aparece el siguiente error:
"la aplicacion no se pudo iniciar correctamente (0xc000007b)"
Pero, creo que estoy a un paso de lograr ejecutarlo, vere si puedo conseguir una solucion definitiva

y intala una nueva version de microsoft
