SIngle player game won't end, unable to win

Hello,
I played AOM today after many years and just set a random single player game with random factions. I set the map to large and the win condition, I believe, to supremacy, with 3 enemies.

I played for two hours, and I:
crashed all enemies so they forfeited,
got all Settlements (12) and played at least 10 mins after,
got all Relics (I believe, 8)
got the last Wonder standing, no countdown happened though,
finally killed all enemy units, smashed all buildings including farms (i had godly vision granting me sigt to every enemy unit, so nothing should escape).

And yet, no victory, I made a save and since there is no button to exit the game, I had to forfeit as well which granted me defeat and destroyed my settlements. How disappointing.

Am I doing something wrong or is my game broken?

Are you using any mods? This could happen if something has messed with your victory conditions script.

No, no mods, I freshly installed it from Steam. I played two or three more games since then, various map settings, but always single player, my enemies always resigned, I never won.
