Disable chat messages.

How do you disable messages like "you have used lure power" or "you need additional resources to build something"? For some reason they stay on my screen indefinitely.

I think you can disable certain chat messages in the options. Some of them are pretty much essential though so you know what's going on, personally I'd keep them all enabled.

There doesn't appear to be any options to disable messages in game. I am pretty sure that they should dissappear over time, but for some reason they do not.

Nevermind. Page down and page up buttons scroll messages, so if you press page up - they wouldn't dissapear until you scroll down.

There's also a hotkey to toggle chat under the Observer Hotkeys menu.
