What is the golden gift campaign?

I've played AoM many times before, and I know the main Campaign and the Titans one, but I've also noticed this extended edition includes the "Golden Gift Campaign". Any idea what it is?

so back when aom was oriogonal released it was on steam with full steam workshop intergraton allowing easier download and install of custom maps, skins, scenarios and more. there was also twitch intergration with it? was there also day night cycles? no there wasnt
