AOM i am having troubles

Hello so, here is the story. i bought it a couple of weeks ago or a month, and i installed it two days ago and its not working, when its charging the second load page before start the game, one player, Lan or multiplayer, automatically the game close and i go to the main page in steam, also i asked to support why is happening this because i cant even start any campaign, and they refuse to say me more they cant do nothign because its already passed two weeks. i have bought a game that doesnt works and they are refusing to fix it??

Am i missing some information or can anyone explain to me what happen?

Solo llega el juego hasta la barra que dice iniciando partida y cuando sale la pagina de carga con el mapa seleccionado y los jugadores se sale directamente del juego
