How can i turn Fog of War off ?

Try to maybe look at some cheatcodes ;) (google it)

i dont want to cheat, i prefer to play rts games without fog of war. In Age of Empires 2 HD you can play without fog of war and in many other rts aswell. Its just weird that i cannot remove fog of war in AoM

Tested out the following myself & it works: http://aom.heavengames.com/cgi-bin/forums/display.cgi?action=st&fn=1&tn=22744&st=20#post21

Create user.con inside your startup folder & add the following line:
map ("x", "game", "fog")



Doubt it works in multiplayer & it also has the side effect of revealing settlement locations, similar to Oranos...
