Son of Osiris does not respawn and you can not heal him.

He is your most important unit and enemy players will always focus him.

If your Son of Osiris dies a normal pharaoh will appear after some time.

The SoO does an absurd amount of damage, especially to heroes. It'd be a bit OP if you could continously get him back somehow, particularly if it didn't cost anything.
