I mean... I don't know how to say, I saw on YouTube this game has the interactable scene. It is real?! And it's permanent?! And not only, I saw the community hub on Steam the images and videos. But how to unlock that?! Do I still need to progress the story? Chapter? Or something? And how long do I need progress to unlock the features?! I WISH Zenless Zone Zero and/or Wuthering Waves were like this one! Developer, I love you!

They're also way overpriced for what you get, you're better off downloading a koikatsu card of the character you want from somewhere and do actual lewd stuff there

Because they don't add anything to the story nor gameplay. Also, they are not straight up porn either. Just some clothed tease. If this game was adult, it'd have to be hidden behind Steam's adult filters to begin with.

You might also want to research into this game's issues with chinese censorship and the "uncensured patch" before you jump into it.
