SNOWBREAK

SNOWBREAK

New Player
Is this game new player friendly? After seeing many high quality fanarts on twitter, I kinda wanted to play this game. Seeing the release date, Im probably missing alot of content and events.

This game is fantastic so far! And is F2P friendly for sure! The next update will also add even more friendly by removing the 50/50 odds, and not resting the pull counter, according to a few post ive seen already. I am enjoying this game a ton, I have pulled the 2 new banner people, 2 5 stars, and 3 of their recommended weapons already in my first 2 days already! There is even a free 5 star event choice happening If i recall correct, letting you invite 1 of the first 5 from the perma banner. The gameplay is fun and enjoyable with lots of systems and gamemodes, there is even co-op mission and an endless mode, along with a rogue-like mode. I highly suggest you give this a try, the start is sorta slow and fast ending mission, but it really does get great once you unlock more of the core game systems and character build enchantments options.

Thats fantastic! Definitely will play. Another question, is this game super grindy? Like other live service gacha games where you have to grind everyday to just to upgrade your characters or to obtain some currency to pull for characters or weapons if theres any?

Yes there will be a point where you hit that "wall", but so far it seems much more forgiving than the others i've played, there is daily things of sorts using your energy for mat operations and raid boss thing ive yet to do. Ive goten to account level 48, and my current level cap for characters is 50. At account 50 i can get to level 60 on characters and weapons. But the drops ratio on mats are very high compared to other games like genshin.

it's not grindy as in actually needing to put in alot of time/effort to grind something but you will hit a sort of wall around level 45-50 where you will be kind of stuck waiting on daily tasks and stamina to refresh to level up any further which you need to do to increase the max level of your characters and weapons. At that point, however, you will already likely be strong enough to clear almost all of the game and have entered the "maintenance" phase you will eventually reach in most if not all gacha games. If you expect this game to give you tons of stuff to do for a while you might be disappointed, it took me around 3 days to get there myself. The only real "grind" could be a certain mode which has a permanent progression track which takes a pretty long time to complete but you aren't exactly expected to do more than 1 run of that per day (but you can).
