How do you get cherno enigma?

Somewhat new to the game, and i cannot seem to find this answer online, only annoying build guides. Any help? Again, somewhat new here

There are limited Characters/Exosuits, and Cherno Enigma is one of them. The limited Characters/Exosuits is as the name suggested, limited. The Gacha will only run for some time (in this game I think about 3 weeks each), but there will be a rerun.

Since you already missed this Gacha period of Cherno Enigma, you can wait for it to rerun, or roll for other characters while you wait. Just make sure you do have enough to roll her when she comes back.

You just missed her, her banner ended like yesterday. You'll have ot wait for her rerun in a few months.

This is a gacha game, you use a specific currency on the banner of the characters you're interested in for a chance to get them.

In gachas you get characters by Rolling for them, sometimes called Pulling, it's basically opening a lootbox.
Each pull costs its specific "ticket" and those cost a specific currency, usually the chances of getting the character you want are low so you have to save up tickets and that currency, plan ahead long term.
The special characters like Cherno Enigma are limited, they're only obtainable during a specific time, that time is called Banner because when the character is available it comes with sort of a banner ad. Old banners come back after some time time, that's called reruns.
Then there's the Pity System, when you roll enough times and don't get lucky with the character or weapon you want there's one pull when the character should be guaranteed or 50/50 chance for that or a different character of the same rarity, I'm not sure how this game does it, but the pity counter is in the game in Echo, that's where you do your pulls. This game also keeps your pity when one banner ends and another begins, but some gachas don't do this.
You'll also notice there are different banners using slightly different "tickets", here it's for Limited Banner, limited weapon banner, normal and normal weapon. Events and a few other sources don't give currency but instead give different tickets. For example shop in the menu where you pull sells tickets monthly for currency you get with each pull, it sells some other things too, but the tickets are the most important imo, it resets roughly every month.
I hope this helps at least a little bit, every new gacha feels like chaos in the begining.
