it did look good though :) Thanks all
(Literally every F2P game does that. Stick to singleplayer games.)
RPG games are about levelling up and looting the resources to level up the said requirements and customise your character. It's literally in every games nowadays to prolong your game and waste time grinding.
I suggest you refrain from trying it out and wasting your time and your limited data connection via Hotspot.
FOR SINGLE PLAYER OFFLINE:
You'll have to pay for a game and then its truly yours and they'll never shove ads anymore unless new content of DLCs. Which usually happens months+ an old game mostly is completed without DLCs.
FOR MULTIPLAYER ONLINE W/FRIENDS or RANDOMS:
They'll still shove their ads from you to sell their products in order to maintain the servers, its their company's authority to do so whether you like it or not.
IF it has a story, it'll either have a stamina system or a daily system limit to prevent you from progressing ahead than the ones who came before you.
Most online games already have lootboxes to prevent players getting what they want in an instant slowing their progression through RNGs. Its already a proven money making tactic in the gaming industry whether we like it or not. Go back into singleplayer games if you don't like any of these online elements of microtransactions.
In the end gaming is a business for entertainment. If you don't like paying then you should be set sailing off the seas with the black flag. Doing that won't give you a future sequel to the games you like and support the developers you like provided you have any.
i am only comparing it 2 Undawn because Undawn was pay2win, although I didn't go off undawn and complain and give negative reviews. I loved it for months, i played over 150-2000 hours according to my steam. (I think) but I did grind away and play P2P events whether i got walloped or not.
I am into Anime, i watched over 70 anime on TV last year, who said i didn't like Anime, I said Im not really in to anime games theres a difference, I never said I dont like anime TV, I did watch a YouTube clip of game-play and said it looked decent and pretty good.
I played Last Remnant in 2009, granted its not ANIME but its got that Anime Type Art with the characters and the Magic.
Yes I mention pay2win but somebody in this forum area said you dont have to and can just play :)
OK so P2WIN in my face, cant be worse than UNDAWN that was in my face too :)
I might check out more youtube play but I did add the game to my library already to get ready to download it, its only 12GB not too bad, Google was wrong it said 20GB.
Why would I do that? Give a bad rewiew because others coerced me? I give out muy share of reviews on games on if I like them and hooked and what I like and dont like and if i have issues :)
Also i love Cut scenes in games :)
The Snowbreak outfits are probably the ONLY "credit where it is due" point to give them.
Everything else is very .. 'eh it functions - I guess' type of quality
I stared download a bit today but not much as I have 3 other games to download in my queue like just cause 4
