SNOWBREAK

SNOWBREAK

Nita is... Not good.
Cons:

-She's a slowpoke. All new damage dealers in the game have either range or mobility. Nita has neither. To make it worse she's a shotgun user and fights melee. Worst possible combo.
-She's awful in Paradoxical labyrinth. I can literally do better with absconditus or wild hunt. In events like defense line zero she can't get to all groups... Because she's a slowpoke.
-She's awful with highly mobile bosses because...
-Her combo is too long and if you don't hit the last attack (the one that matters), you won't recive that 25% heal or deal her best hit (with auctus drive 1) and if you don't heal properly you can't burst properly with your ult., and your overall damage will suffer.
-She's a slowpoke.
-Even knowing that I don't have her auctus drive, you can already tell that nothing will change because the first one affects only that last combo hit and the last one is just a slight damage buff..., and you don't even need more healing to be honest.
-She's a slowpoke.
-Because of her drawbacks, you'll most likely pick any other of your damage dealers for almost any situation.
-If you're a Nita fan you might just leave the game after this: "since we're giving away her weapon and manifestations, now we have an excuse to make her a worse dps than the rest. I'm a genius! Btw, let's avoid making more Nita versions in 5 years, I hate this char" (Seasung Games talking between them).

Pros:

-She's basically immortal so you don't have to worry about dodging or anything... Except when she has to move or cancel the combo.
-She's fun to play, but I might change my mind after repeating the only combo she has 300 times.

Will she be a top meta unit like the other 5* chars they gave away?. I don't know, if you just measure things while she's static in a convenient scenario... Maybe? Snowbreak gg measures that, so let's wait. Still, even if that's the case I won't pick her over my other damage dealers. Too many problems.

Seriously. All they had to do is give her a mobility trait to get there faster and allow her combo to reach enemies instead of being static...

Con:

- She goes through an entire roll of scotch tape just to keep her outfit on.

She was too black for chinese so they had to whitewash her for 5 star version
A free character in a gacha game not being as powerful as other ones you would need to spend money on (or save up for)???

Previous 2 characters are amon the best. Starshine IS the best support for you dd.

tbf, nita is meant to be played with her free "manifestations" that you can't get yet until later in the event. afterwards we can decide whether she's good or bad.

That will only affect damage. Even if her damage is great, her use will be very niche compared to the other characters. But as long as you're ok with her drawbacks, you're right.

when you used to the rhyme its actually not hard (You dont have to look at the meter, just time it). However close range + not hitting hard enough give me no much reason to use her .
gameplay is ok but she isn't efficient.
purely based units for bosses only have no place in this game.

I'd like to see her in a better design.
Melee combat is so useless especially when someone is so slow.
Siris is kinda fast at least and has great mobility.

Nita is slow, 0 mobility and has this weird suicide mechanic (you can easily survive but therefore you need to hit an enemy afterwards. If your team snacks everything in front of you she simply dies.

Good character concept but horribly finished.

For bosses she could be B tier, for everything else she is lower than F tier.
Probably the weakest unit in the entire game for now
Since she's a free character, I didn't expect much and I don't see any reason to criticize her either, I think they have thought it wouldn't make sense to release another free support, but they also didn't want to release a free DPS.

Even without taking into account the comparison between her and Fenny Starshine, Yao Nightglow and Enya Exuvia, Pulse might have a place in teams that need someone capable of dealing some damage, ignoring damage taken and self-healing, which basically doesn't fit the current meta where the point is simply to do the most damage in the shortest time possible.

Sadly, the meta for the game is just too heavily balanced towards SMGs. Snipers are only good at long ranges, which almost never happens in the game. Shotguns are great at breakables, but then fall flat fighting anything else. SMGs are just 'ok' at both of those jobs, and dominate at the most common engagement ranges.

Unless the devs rebalance the base weapon concepts, another shotgunner just isn't going to work.

Um, the meta is using OP skills to kill the boss, weapon type rarely matters anymore.
Okay I understand then and can I use her as an support instead of the leader character.

I use Enigma to kill bosses these days. Sure, her skills play a huge part, but frankly, her Enmity and Voids would absolutely not work properly without an SMG supplying stacks. Can you imagine trying to build up a stack of 100 at a sniper's fire rate?

let's see, current meta dps that i know is:
Cherno - Enigma : SMG
Siris - Ksana : Shotgun
Lyfe - Infinite Sight : Dual uzi
Katya - Dawn Wing ; Assault Rifle
Arguably Marian - Riptide as 2nd dps : Shotgun
Bubu - Geomancer : Pistols
Fritia - Turbo : Sniper Rifle
Chenxing - Jade Arc : Bow

Conclusion : yeah, it's just skill, their weapons is either their enabler or their shackle so they aren't too broken
