i played that one on the psvita. the framedrops are real bad, but its a fun little tps in its own right.
maybe we could recommend earth defense force for the op?
on wingdiver you got that waifu, but the rest of the game is full of bugs! (im sorry)
you got that somewhat urban setting in the future more or less, huge bosses (well, alongside everything else huge there is), and "short" missions.
Curious about that cus I tried to get into GF2 but I'm not the biggest fan of XCOM style combat. I'm assuming it will be another gacha at the very least? Would be neat to see a non-gacha Girls Frontline game but that'd be unlikely I guess?

Third-person shooter with active abilities. All female cast. Has single-player, co-op and pvp. Pretty cool movement tech.

Similar, but if you prefer your waifus to be undead mutant cyborgs in skin-tight suits. Has taint of "live-service" on it, but considering the forum we're on r/n i'll assume op is fine with that.

Worse movement, worse customization, much worse visuals and optimization than two above. Still very much worth mentioning.

Fairly simplistic compared to stuff above, but build variety is very much there and it's game by Shade inc, which means character models and animations are *chef's kiss*
Now on to less "fitting" picks :

Another game by Shade, so you know it's good.
Heavy on platforming and little to no customization.
Useless emo goddess failing at striptease may scar you for life,
You've been warned,

"we have EDF/ Bullet Girls at home"
repetitive, music recycled from 360 oneechanbara games. Still can occupy evening or two.

Technically it plays like middle ground bedween Ys8 and Bullet Girls but Gordon Ramsay is screaming in the background so loudly that i can't hear my thoughts on it. (it's raw)

Ok, so hear me out. If Space Marine is gay baby of Gears of War and God of War, then this is Biohazard 4 getting high on some DMC vapors. Discregard "soulslike" tag, it is anything but. Only 4 "guns", but each comes with it's own alt-fire and melee enchant.

Speaking of Biohazard ... yeah it's callback to ps1 version of that but with climbing. Steam workshop can make it infinitely cursed. (also has a sequel, but i have no idea if it is good or not)

Kind of shocked nobody brought this on up yet, so here it is.
*COUGH*

Wait that's a Girls Frontline game? Like set in the GFL universe or just made by the same devs and / or has similar gameplay to GFL?
It's a prequel to GFL and a remake of MICA's first game
Huh, never knew. Makes me look kinda stupid, especially since it literally mentions Girls Frontline on it's steam page and I most likely looked over that a few times.
"Zombie Shooting Star" is good too.
The shooting classes in "SAO Fractured Daydream" and "Phantasy Star Online" offer a similar vibe also.
Along with the GFL game there is also another game to look forward to called "Duet Night Abyss" that's basically Anime Warframe.
Yeah, my bad. Massive brainfart. Still point was there is non-zero chance that MICA will squeeze out another game that is, well, game and not poorly balanced fleecing scheme.
It is really a shame that fairly decent story is hidden behind 3 gachas with absolutely atrocious ... everything.
